I’m Dr. Abby! Living a holistic, healthy lifestyle has been a growing and continual passion of mine. When people ask me why I became a chiropractor I tell them “chiropractic chose me.” I absolutely love what I do and am so grateful to be able to show others what I have experienced through wellness and chiropractic. Our office is all about showing up for our practice members with congruency and authenticity; we truly want you to feel at home and be able to have chiropractic as a part of your life.

Along with being a chiropractor, I am a mom to two wild, intelligent, kind young girls and enjoy lifting, biohacking and natural lifestyles hacks!

I graduated with a bachelors in Biology valedictorian from East Carolina University. After undergrad, I studied at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa graduating Cum Laude. Post-doctorate I have done my pregnancy and pediatric courses and certifications through the ICPA (International Chiropractic Pediatric Association). After graduation I was lucky enough to serve the Palo Alto, CA area for three years before coming home to Battle Creek with a vision for Grassroots.

  • I’m Dr. Victoria! I am so happy to be here. When I was a little girl I always said I wanted to become a baby doctor, so my younger self must be very pleased with my career choice! I have always been passionate about helping others and advocating for others to be their best selves. Being a chiropractor allows me to help others feel their best, move their best, and function their best.

Throughout practice and personal experiences, I have learned how truly important and effective chiropractic care is when started at a young age. This is how my passion for pediatric care grew. My first experience with chiropractic care involves my younger brother and his diagnosis with scoliosis. My parents decided to find a non-invasive, all natural approach to managing and correcting my brother’s curve. A chiropractor who specialized in scoliosis worked extensively with my brother, allowing him to regain several degrees in his spine with no surgery. A chiropractor changed my brother’s life. I immediately knew that I wanted to have that same impact on others with an all natural approach. I then realized that becoming a chiropractor was my calling!

I graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Biochemistry from Rowan University in New Jersey, where I was born and raised. After undergrad, I packed my bags and moved to sunny Florida to pursue a chiropractic degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida. After graduating Cum Laude, I practiced locally in Florida until connecting with Dr. Abby and following my passion for prenatal, pediatric, and family chiropractic care to southwest Michigan.

  • I’m Dr. Kyleigh! I’m so excited to be a member of the Grassroots family. Growing up I wanted to serve people and help them. My grandma had always said, “do good, so that others can do better,” which had stuck with me. That’s when I decided on becoming a doctor. Deciding on the type of doctor took me a while to figure out. I just knew that I wanted to be a doctor that would love, empower, and care for the people I see.

Throughout my life I was going to a chiropractor. I learned how important and effective chiropractic care was when I was running competitively in middle and high school. Each time I went for a tune-up, I gained more knowledge about the profession and how intrigued I was with a holistic approach. With every adjustment I felt myself feeling more empowered to perform and do better in races and meets. Once I realized how good getting adjusted made me feel athletically and personally on how holistic the approach as I knew that I needed to be a chiropractor. I knew it was my calling to serve people in that way. As I researched about the profession, I realized there were so many different approaches to the profession, that’s when I truly became passionate for learning more about care of pediatric and perinatal populations.

I graduated with two associate degrees from Jackson College in Jackson, MI. Once I got those, I transferred out to Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. At Palmer, I was able to do a dual enrollment program which allowed me to get my Bachelor’s of Science degree and Doctorate of Chiropractic at the same time. I also did additional training in pregnancy and pediatric adjusting, so I’m Webster certified. While in school, I connected with Dr. Abby and Dr. Emily to shadow Grassroots and see what it was all about. I knew after my first experience visiting that I wanted to be a part of a community-family just like theirs. Only I didn’t know that a brief year and a half later I would be joining the Grassroots family. I

n my spare time, I enjoy reading, spending time with my fur babies, running, and being with family. I love learning new things, which has brought me to be in the process of receiving my Lactation Counseling Certification! I truly am so excited to be a part of the Grassroots family and to serve all of you!

  • Hello! I am Dr. Madalyn! I am thrilled to be here at Grassroots with each and every one of you! My journey to Chiropractic started in high school after an incident where I squatted down and couldn’t stand back up again. It was the first time I had ever seen a chiropractor or really found out what it was. The more I kept going and the better I was feeling after adjustments, the more I knew that this was what I wanted to do.

I began my educational journey at Kellogg Community College before transferring to Olivet College, where I completed a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science. From there I enrolled at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport Iowa. I am currently enrolled as a tenth trimester student there and am doing my internship here with Grassroots! I am set to graduate in February of 2024.

In my free time I enjoy reading, a ton! I also enjoy playing with my dogs, and testing out new baking recipes when I can. I am so excited to be here and to be a member of the Grassroots community!
